Cami showed great improvement this week in her technique, and applied feedback from coaches.

Lucas Melton

Lucas displayed his commitment to his team this week at the swim meet against AP. When his relay was short a swimmer due to an injury, he swam an extra leg, with very short notice, allowing the rest of his relay to swim.

Etta Pasquali

Etta’s kindness really shone through this week. Red group gained a new swimmer from the prep team, and Etta took it upon herself to explain instructions and encourage her throughout practice.

Jessica Dluzak

Jessica has been putting in the work this week. She not only works hard during practice, but has stayed after and worked on her starts everyday.
