9:30 – 10:00 AM Prep Team A

10:00 – 10:30 AM Prep Team B

10:30 – 11:00 AM Prep Team C

June 24th: Orchard Ridge at SYC @ 10:00am

July 8th: Autumn Ridge at SYC @ 10:00am

July 15th: SYC @ Blackhawk @ 9:30am

July 20th: Prep City (Invite Only) at POCO @ TBD

SWIM TEAM

Practice Schedule

Monday – Friday, June 8-July 31

8:30 to 9:30 AM – Black Group (13 & Older*)

9:30 to 10:15 AM – White Group (10 to 12 Year Olds*)

10:15 to 11:00 AM – Red Group (9 & Under*)

*Ages are a general guideline. Swimmers will be placed by coaches based on skill level.

Swim Meets

Weekday meets begin at 5:30 PM. Swimmers arrive 4:20 PM. (Home) and 4:45 PM. (Away)

June 18 - Pine Valley @ SYC

June 20 - LMP Memorial Swim Meet at ORCC

June 25 - SYC @ POCO

June 27 - Pete Johnston Memorial Swim Meet at Blackhawk

July 9 - Blackhawk @ SYC

July 16 - Autumn Ridge @ SYC

July 21 - SYC @ Arlington Park

July 31-August 2 - City Swim Meet @ Helen P. Brown Natatorium (South Side High School)

SYC TEAM EVENTS & OPPORTUNITIES

May 17 - Season informational meeting at SYC Clubhouse @ 4:00pm. *Strongly encouraged for ALL parents - rookie and returning. Open house following the meeting until 6:00pm.

June 4 & 5 - 9:00-11:00am Open house style evaluations for all swimmers (unless you were in Black Group last year) 

June 12 - Pictures @ Sycamore Adult Pool (Prep practice will still go on as scheduled) *Individual/sibling photos from 8:30-10:30am, all swimmers (prep + big team) photo at 11:00am 

July 3 - No practices due to holiday.

July 20-24 – Prep Team Spirit Week

July 20 – Prep City Meet (Invite Only) @ POCO

July 24 - Last day of Prep Team Practice

July 27-31 – Swim Team Spirit Week

July 30 – Swim & Prep Team Banquet 6:00 - 8:00 PM @ Sycamore Adult Pool

July 31-August 2 – City Swim Meet @ Helen P. Brown Natatorium (South Side High School) * 8 and under swim July 31, 9+ swim August 1, finals for all ages on August 2

August 2 – Pool Party after City Swim Meet 6:00 - 9:00PM @ Sycamore; ALL FAMILIES WELCOME!
