Hello, SYC Swim Team Families! 

We are so excited to get the 2026 season started! We have a few time-sensitive reminders for you...

1. Evaluations: Open house style evaluations for ALL swimmers (unless you were in Black Group last year) are this Thursday, June 4th and Friday, June 5th. Pick one day to attend anytime between 9:00-11:00am. First come, first serve - we will get through the line as efficiently as possible! A roster will be emailed by Friday night which will specify which practice group your swimmer has been placed into to start on Monday, June 8th.

2. Cap Distribution: If your big team swimmer did not receive their SYC swim cap at the season information meeting in May, they may pick one up during evaluations. Each big team swimmer receives one latex cap per season. Prep swimmers are not required to wear caps. We will have SYC silicone caps for sale at evaluations for $15 (cash/check/card accepted). 

3. Spirit Wear: Your swimmers will receive a 2026 SYC theme t-shirt with their paid registration, but family and friends may order spirit wear items NOW to have before the first meet. Our pop up store closes FRIDAY, JUNE 5th at 11:59pm! https://sycswim.itemorder.com/shop/home/
