Hello! 

We wanted to send out some important information regarding the City Swim Meet that we just received.

Please remember, your swimmer must swim in two meets during the season to qualify to swim in the City Swim Meet. We have two meets (July 22 and July 24) that you can still RSVP to swim in to meet this requirement. Please see a coach or board member if you have any questions! 

We are really hoping for a great SYC turnout at the City Swim Meet this year. If you haven't already, please RSVP on SwimTopia. 

2025 City Swim Meet Apparel:

Please note, this is a very quick turnaround for apparel orders so that they can be delivered before the meet. Visit this link to place your orders by midnight on July 13th. City Swim Meet Apparel Orders.

2025 City Swim Meet Pre-Sale Weekend Pass:

Swim families can purchase a weekend wristband pass for $10 per adult. This pass will get one person into all sessions of the 2025 Fort Wayne City Swim Meet at Helen P. Brown Natatorium. This pass is only available by pre-sale and will not be available to purchase at the meet. Families who choose not to order weekend passes can still pay at the door. The price is $5 per session. Children 18 and under are free. If you are interested in purchasing a pass, please see a coach or board member at swim practice or a swim meet by Thursday, July 24th. Please fill out the attached order form and include cash or check (made out to Sycamore Hills Swim Team).

City Swim Meet Schedule:

Preliminaries: Friday - Ages 8 and under

• 4:40pm meet start time
• Doors open at 3:00pm for spectators
• Coaches and swimmers allowed on deck at 3:15pm

Preliminaries: Saturday - Ages 11 & 12 and 15 and over

• 8:20am meet start time
• Doors open at 6:45am for spectators
• Coaches and swimmers allowed on deck at 7:00am

Preliminaries: Saturday afternoon - Ages 9 & 10 and 13 & 14

• The start time is 1 hour and 10 minutes after warm-ups start (dependent on morning session end time).

Sunday Finals: will not start before 1:00pm

• Doors will open at 10:30 am
• Parade will begin at 11:20am
• Swimmers and coaches will be allowed on deck following the parade.
